What kind of photos produce the best quality engravings?
The quality of each engraving is largely based on the quality of the photo . From our experience, the best photo should be high resolution and show a large closeup view of the subject, people, pets, etc.. The subjects are best to be centered in the photo. We will crop your photo so that it best fits the pendant that you choose. The background of the photo in some cases will be removed, and only the subjects will be shown. How long will my order take?
Since each order is customized and made independently, the average processing time is normally 1-2 business days, but may take up to five business days. You should receive your order with in 1-2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
We strive to make all our customers happy, but due to the custom nature of each order, we are unable to offer full refunds.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders, such as for weddings, clubs, schools,etc?

Pendant Care?
Take care of your new pendant. Do not swim ,shower , or sleep with our pendant on. Wipe your pendant off with a clean cloth to remove any body oils it may come in contact with after each wear.
